to you. When you will do it, it will be helpful to you to remove excess flesh
under the neck. To do this exercise, you will have to sit on the chair. After
sitting on the chair, you will have to place both of your hands between your
legs such that both palms are connected. During this time, you will have to
keep your arms straight. Now, you should inhale through the nose. You should
also exhale vigorously through the mouth. While exhaling, you should keep your
tongue out of the mouth as much as you can. During exhaling, you should try to
exert pressure on the muscles of your neck. You will have to repeat this
process for 4 to 6 times until neck muscles feel stiff.

3. Breathing Exercise by Lifting the Legs
With the help of this exercise, you
can reduce the excess flesh on the abdomen and back. To do this exercise, you
will have to lie down on the ground. Now, you will have to keep both of your arms
on the side of the ground. You will have to keep these arms in such a way that
your palms facing the ground. First of all, you will have to inhale through the
nose and exhale through the mouth. You should move your arms up to your head. After
moving your arms up to your head, you should exhale vigorously. You should
repeat this process two times. After that, you should bring your hands back in
the first position.
In the second time, you will have to
inhale through the nose. Now, you will have to lift both of your legs off the
ground. While lifting off both of your legs, you should try to make a 90-degree angle with
the ground. After that, you will have to exhale through the mouth. You should
repeat this process two times. After repeating this process two times, you will
have to exhale by keeping legs at 60 degrees. While repeating it for the fourth
time, you will have to raise your legs at 30 degrees. After that, you will have
to slowly put your feet back to the ground.
4. Wrestling Exercise
To do this exercise, you will have to
sit up straight on the ground. After that, you will have to lift your legs.
After lifting your legs, you should sit in a boat-like position by holding your
legs. You should make sure that your body is making the form of the English
alphabet ‘V’. You will have to sit in this position for 15 to 20 seconds. After
that, you will have to stay up and breathe calmly. You will have to repeat this
process for 3 to 4 times. This breathing exercise will be helpful to you to
reduce extra flesh on the legs, abdomen and back.
5. Cool Breath
By doing this exercise, you can
control your hunger and thirst. To do this exercise, you will have to sit on
the floor with your back. After that, you will have to pull your tongue out by
rounding it. You should inhale through the nose for four seconds and exhale
through the nose for six seconds. You will have to repeat this exercise for
five minutes.
